The letter is addressed "Dear Homeowner" and states his "name is James....and He and Carla noticed that I own a house in the neighborhood that they want to buy a house in"...The 4 paragraph letter also states they "are also Short Sale specialist and are qualified to work with your lender to negotiate a Short Sale on your behalf at no charge ro you". There is a business card enclosed that has "James Stephens" typed on it with the cell: 770.873.2769 Fax # of 1-866.266.8419 and e-mail of [email protected]

This person is James Stephens. He leaves letters mentioning that he and Carla noticed our house and wanted to buy it. Their is a business card with his phone number and it is a mobile number, with no business info online.
