"Northside Hospital".  About every two months receive a call from these unpleasant people.  I continually ask that an itemized statement be sent to me and that I would be happy to pay anything that I owe.  (Explained that I would not give a payment to someone over the phone that I did not know and practically begged for some kind of written statement!) I have NEVER received a statement of any kind! My husband had thyroid cancer, so you can imagine that we have several dozen bills (after insurance) from everyone from labs, radiologists, doctors and hospitals.  Every single one of them was easy to deal with about balance due after insurance EXCEPT THIS COMPANY. I am very meticulous about paperwork and keep all my records....yet I have NOTHING from this company. This makes me very skeptical....so I will be calling Northside directly to straighten this out.  If that doesn't work, then it's a good idea to call your insurance company directly.  I don't recommend that anyone give payments over the phone to these people when they call.  Recommend you call the hospital business office directly.  If you have indeed been turned over to collections, they will tell you and should be able to give you the name of the agency that they use, because by law, if you have been turned over to collections (not in house collections)the hospital will no longer be able to work out any payment plans with you.  Good luck!

I receive calls from this number several times a day.  The phone rings once and sometimes twice, then they **** up.  They then immediately call on my cell phone.  The same thing s****s ringing, then stops.  No messages.  If they are a legitimate collection company, or whatever, they would at least leave a message with regards to what they are calling about.  I do owe a bill to Northside Hospital from 3 years ago.  I notified them that I was unable to pay the balance of the bill because I only get Social Security to live on.

Recieved many calls from this collector from Northside Hospital they refused to give me pertinent information.I refused     to give out my SSN or any personal info.to them they call and **** up.I called my insurance carrier and they have been paid all they are allowed.They are slick so watch it,never give personal info. I f it was legit they would have the info they needed.

Never been to Northside Hospital ... dont know why they keep calling. I see there are several complaints about this..

Got a call today from this number and wondered what was up. Glad this popped up and showed me. I do have a bill do, but lost it. Wish they would leave a message or not call when I'm at work.

We've been getting calls from this number for days now.....they never leave a message.  Didn't know it was Northside Hospital until I googled the number and found this site.  Gotta love the internet!! My husband and I both have been to the emergency room on separate occasions and are current on all our bills with them.  Can't imagine why they're calling.  Isn't is sad that we have to go around suspecting and questioning motives and the validity of things.  What a world we live in.........

my daughter answered the phone.... lady said her name was Corbin.... never identified herself in any other way... at the end said her name was Ms. Corbin

I got a call from these people after 4 or 5 ****ups which I reported to the FCC. It really is Northside, but you'd never know it by the caller ID, "Unavailable."  They want personal information before they'll tell you who they are or why they're calling, totally a***nst all privacy instructions.  I reported the ****up sto the FCC. It's illegal.https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do   They define an abandoned called as a ****up, or one with no one on within 2 seconds. Always report these.

This number calls my house repeatedly. I have never been to that hospital other than to visit. GRRRRRR!!!!! Perhaps they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for harrassment.

It may be an employee selling numbers for identify theft, asked for birth date. Told her never give that info on the phone, ***g up

I see them on my caller id at least 20 times a week. I never got a voicemail

Yes, this is Northside Hospital. They call me every week it seems and I repeatedly tell them to mail me the bill that I never received from them. It's been nearly a month and I still haven't received my bill. Just the nasty phone calls.

Receive call monthly. They say Insurance has not paid however they then say they were late filing insurance and they will call a***n next month. They waited months to file insurance claim.

called me today and I just received a bill from Northside yes****ay, go figure!

keep calling me too...never been to the hospital of affiliate of theirs in my life....only to visit patients

It is Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA or a collection agency they hired.

I don't know who they are. they just keep calling me... no business with me at all.
