They are definitely a scam, they also go by the name of US National Bank or Legal Division of FL...there was a story about they on ABC news around the 22/23 of August...I guess they decided to c****e their number after the story

caller named confused:  I have been receiving the same calls from these people and one time I did make the mistake and paid them but had the charges reversed from my card because it is a scam you can find them by typing the phone number that they are calling from and will see everything you need to know.  But you should not have paid them, unless you had information in front of you from them.

I keep getting phone calls from the same thick accented indian.  They have tried to call me now 4 x in the last 20 minutes.  I stopped answering because I can not understand him for one and it seemed like a big scam.  I have no idea how they got my number so  I ***g up on him.  Can we report this phone # to someone to have them stop harrassing all of us?

Glad I read these reports. Got a call last night from a gentleman with a very thick Indian accent that stated I owed money from a payday loan from  over 3 years ago, Quikpayday, like listed above. He requested that I send him paperwork that this was paid off and I asked for paperwork stating that I owed the money and he said he couldn't do that since it was downloaded. He stated his name was Harry Jones at Morgan and****ociates Law Firm. I cannot find that law firm. Basically I told him to never call this number a***n. The number on the caller id was 772 228 4016 but Harry's callback was 772 228 4009 and when i called this am, the number rings 3 times and then cuts off--scamIs there anything else can be done about this?

I got a call from Robert Bryant today and he said that I owed money, I don't even remember this loan but I did get several loans about this time, I really dont know and I didn't keep very good records at that time.  I went ahead and paid them since they said they were pressing charges but this is the first time that I had ever heard of them. I hope I didn't do so****ing wrong, they had all of my information and knew a lot about me...someone please tell me this was alright, I paid them 1990.00!!

They have called me 6 times at work today.. the first 4 i wast at lunch and the other 2 i got the phone and **** up on them with out answering.. they haven't called anymore. They also use this # when they call 954-727-8481, they are the same people.

OKAY THEY JUST CALLED ME A***N AND WANTED ME TO VERIFY MY SOCIAL SEC NUMBER. THEY READ ME MY SS NUMBER AND OF COURSE IT WAS WRONG....SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THESE PEOPLE...HE TOLD ME HE WORKED FOR MORGAN AND****OCIATES AND WAS LOCATED IN SEBASTIAN FLORIDA. OF COURSE WHEN I TRY TO DO A "REVERSE LOOKUP" ON THE PHONE NUMBER IT COMES UP UNPUBLISHED.

THESE PEOPLE JUST CALLED ME AT WORK TELLING ME I OWE LIKE $600.00 AND IF I DIDNT PAY THEM RIGHT AWAY I WOULD OWE OVER SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THAT US BANK WOULD BE SUING ME.PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS A SCAM BECAUSE THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THEY SAID WAS MINE IS NOT MINE....ANY SUGGESTIONS???  THE NUMBER THEY CALLED FROM WAS772-228-4009.

LM on my caller answering ma****e stating I need to contact them about a legal matter and that it would be in my best interest and for my safety to take care of this.

OK THEY CALLED ME THIS MORNING, DID NOT LEAVE A MSG.. BUT THEY CALLED ME 7 TIMES. AND IM AT WOR****!!

i have been receiving these calls since last year . When i call back they tell me all that i owe and how i need to pay them or they need to talk to my attorney they tell me they dont want to talk with them. so i s****ed laughing and told them the call was being recorded and was been sent to the ada here in tx. after that they stop callin my job and my house. they just s****ed calling a***n and left a message that was the threat so i let the police hear it and they are now looking into it.

I just s****ed receiving calls from this number today and it seemed strange. the guy left a message that i could not understand because of his accent.  they called back 3 times but i did not answer because it just didnt feel right. i got online looked up the number and was led to this page.

my mother s****ed receiving these calls earlier this year.  they had all of my personal information and stated that i owed ALOT of money.  he spoke with my wife and released all of the same info to her.  knowing that this was a scam she contacted our banks and the federal trade commission.  they stated that it indeed was a scam.they just called a***n and wouldn't stop the harrassing.  the person i spoke with was obviously indian and stated his name was david johnson.  they wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor and wouldn't give me their address.does anyone know of anything else to do to get these guys to stop?

***!!! these people have been calling me for at least 2 years now!!.. with different phone #'s im soo tired of them!... and they have been giving my personal information to who ever answers the phone!!!... i dont know what to do!!!

These folks have called me 7 times in the past 24 hours.  I finally have blocked their calls so that the phone doesn't ring, but it still shows up as a missed call.  I've reported them to donotcall.gov, but, since this is a scam, not telemarketers, I don't know if they'll do anything.  Actually, I don't know what type follow-through they do anyway since I've reported them numerous times.  Now, as I typed this, I received a call from 773-668-1618.  Is this the same people trying a different number?

I live with my parents and this number has been calling their home number all day.  My dad answered the phone and the guy gave my dad information about me, a big no no.  This actually s****ed on August 8, when this company "Morgan and****ociates" called me from 954-727-8481.  They said that I owed like $800 to Sonic Cash and that in order for them to stop the download of my case, I needed to fax a written letter to them.  I looked up the number on the site and found it was a scam so I didn't fax them nothing.  Now, on August 25 they called my parent's house and dad get's information about me from them.  They say that I owe Quick Payday.  It's not even the same place.  Then my mom calls them and she lays into them and she asked "why did you call my home?" and they said "she shouldn't ask questions" and ***g up.  So mom called back and kepy asking and they said that she was a totally different person from a different state and s****ing to spout out someone's social secu***y number.  These people are crocks and I guess they thought that if they c****ed numbers they could get away with it.

Got repeat calls at my job from two different people with thick Indian accents. They also claimed to be from a legal department and after I told them they got the wrong person and then proceeded to ask me to verify my social security number - an obvious scam.  I told them they were scammers because legit companies don't blurt out or ask you to tell them your social security number. If they are on the level, send the person a letter.  Just **** up.

Same Indian guy has been calling my house for 3+ years (since I moved in) asking for someone who does not live here, today I guess he forgot to turn off his caller id blocker, because it gave me this 772 number. I called him back, he said his name was Robert Bryant and he worked for a "legal law firm."  He would not tell me the name of said law firm, and he also told me he was his supervisor, and that I didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him to remove my number from his list.  No idea what the real reason for the calls could be, especially since it appears he's doing it to other people.

I've been getting calls from this number all day, they don't leave voicemail, but they continue to call.  Does anyone know what it's actually for?

I also got a call from a man with a thick indian accent to my home.  He was asking for someone who didn't live here.  I told him he had the wrong number but he proceeded to call back multiple times even after i had told him not to call.  He said he had every right to call and he would.  He called three more times and i didn't pick up.  Eventually the calls stopped coming.

Got a call from a man with REALLY thick Indian Accent to my job asking to speak with a person that doesn't work at my job and someone I've never heard of. I told the man I've worked here 6+ years and never encountered anyone by that name and he kept saying "are you sure" and "tell me when she left" not listening to a **** thing I was saying. Have no idea what the call was regarding either.
