This person said his name is EVANS had to move for work and is renting his home in Tooele, UT for $1,000 and $1,000 deposit. Tooele address is 446 S 425 W said once I sent the money he would next day air lease agreement and keys to property

I Win $10.500 million I need pay $20 to them by iTunes or steam wallet I got this msg from them OK for your funds to be deliver to you you have to pay for your delivery fee which is $20 iTunes card or steam wallet

Says he owns a home on 727 elm street! Says he’s a traveling Dr by the name of Michael Lord! He tried to scam my mother by telling her it’s a $500 deposit! 3 bedroom 1 bath.

They asked if I could provide them with a professional service for their company

This number mimics property listings and replaces this phone number. They ask for a low deposit usually $500 and state the rent is much, much lower than actual.

Yes I was looking into info about this home. It's a BIG SCAM. DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFO OR YOUR MONEY. Theirs a few home scammers out there. BEWARE. AN BE SAFE

Claimed to be home owner trying to rent it . said to just look in windows. a person there but never inquired why we were walking around.. Said to let him know when I was ready to move in. Asked for my email. Sent a rental foom from [email protected] Then looked up number and sent an email back that I needed proof he owned the place. No response.

Has an ad to rent house in San Antonio, TX. Absolute scam, the house is owned by someone else.

Trying to give me a loan of $7000 some foreign guy!

Never answered but trying to leasing our house on craigslist. A few people came knocking on our door to ask about the listing on craigslist.

Said they owned a rental property. Thought it was real until they wouldn’t let me actually take a tour of the house. The house is actually up for rent so it was harder to catch him as spam. Tried to take my money as an application fee.

Said my power was going to be cut off in 30 minutes for non-payment. Left a number of 844-494-8287 but came up on my caller ID as Ian Robertsen 772-236-8278. I haven’t googled the number left on my answering machine. Pretty sure it’s a scam seeing I’ve already paid my FPL bill.

i got a call from this number and when i called back they where like i think home designers i didnt really trust the woman and told her i got a random call from them she said she could check why someone was reaching out to me so i said its okay and blocked the number this happend in Florida

Tried to get to rent in Cape Coral Florida

Found a property on Trovit and Listedbuy. Tried to call but always disconnected 4th ring. Received a text a little while later. Said he and his family relocated so out of state but wanted to rent his house and just needed a responsible person to take care of it while he was gone for 7-8 years. The listed property was 1051 Bumby Ave Orlando 32803. Beware of this person.
