same as everyone else, someone claiming to be from Michael Smith from the ACS or ACF criminal affidavit center, he said there is an affidavit claim a***nst my name and social security number and I am to call back 772-237-1689, but the incoming number was 052-797-815, which is not even 10 digits. I have had about a dozen calls today.

wont send out any information thru mail.do not trust them.

He left his name as Jason Cotter with ACS law and invetigation for the federal govt. He has a India accent. I could hardly understand them. I have contacted the Federal Trades Commission and they are on radar. this is a scam

This same as above, Adam Wright or Michael Smith. Were the names left on the messages.  Due to the online reports about this being a scam and not valid.  I dd not give them the "time of day"
