I have gotten the same phone call from three different numbers: 772-240-2307, 772-607-0461, 772-240-5428. I was ***g up on a***n today by a woman named Beth when I asked them to stop calling me. She did identify the company as US Power****ociation. I googled that name and nothing came up. I just filed a complaint with the Florida Division of Consumer Services, since I'm on Florida's Do Not Call list.

I agree to call the FCC, also contact the Florida State Attorney's office.  Do a lookup at Florida Secretary of State, division of fraud.  Good luck.

I get the same message for 2 to 3 weeks.  Last week I went to the FCC.gov web site and registered a complain****s the only was to really get back at them

yes - they just want to come into your home and sell you "energy saving" products. but I gotta tell you, pressing any key on a voice mail doesn't work! You have to actually be on the phone to do that

We get it repeatedly at Duren, I got it 7 times in less than one hour becasue I keep ****ing up on the automated message.  When I actually hit one to set up this Free Power what ever, I talked to a guy.  Told him I want to be taken off the list because they call repetadely and he just ***g up on me in the middle of my polite but frustrating rant.  Ewww. I am fuming.  When you hit five to be taken off of their list as it says, it sends you back to the main menu, basically spitting in your face.  We need to come together, who ever is savy enough to get this place in trouble for what they are doing.  There has to be a way.  yes the number says Port St. Lucie, and is 772-607-0461.  But it may c****e, who knows.

These people call every other day and some days twice..recorded telling me they "work with" FPL to set up an appointment for energy saving whatever! Am sick of it. They have called for the last month as early at 8:30 am on Sundays

Same for me - for over a month.  My privacy & time means nothing to them - they call at night during dinner, on Sundays at 8 am, etc.

Also, just looked up this reverse # and it is a cell number out of Port St. Lucie, Fl.  We should all be calling FPL to report this abuse.

I got the same thing with Dakota was her name.  They say they are US Power****n.  No listing.  But, when I said I was reporting them they said try but, it would not work as they are not selling anything.  Would not give me an address just that they are located in Orlando. I am going to call FPL.

They call once or twice every day. It's a recording that s****s out saying they have important information for all FPL customers. They are not, however, just calling FPL customers, so are not calling on behalf of FPL. They call my mother constantly, too, and she does not have an FPL account in her name. They say they are offering free energy****essments. If you listen to the whole recording, they say you can press 5 to opt out of receiving the calls, but that does not stop them. You can press 1 to schedule an appointment -- I did that so I could talk to a live person. I told him that I wanted them to stop calling, and he kept interrupting me. I kept saying I just wanted them to stop calling and he kept arguing with me and finally ***g up on me.
