getting calls from "Officer Damien Smith" /  772-675-9488, stating they are looking for Jason #(*$&, and then threatening that if Jason does not call themback - they will have to take action.Sounds like a collection agency- no Jason here. They leave voice messages.

I've got one from this number calling me at home and at work being insisting on taking care of this debt right away if not then it will go striaght to court and yada yada yada. He said I took out a loan and never paid it back and it was done online I have not done this at all so I know better. The names I was given are Officer Green and Frank Jefferson at 772 675 9488  Neither one of these people speak very good english so it is very hard to understand what they are talking about. Told him if they called a***n I was going to call a lawyer for harrassment.  Any idea's on what other actions I can take?

happened to me and i got the company they said i was supposed to have defaulted on and they are investigating them right now i have a phone # and fax # where i was supposed to send money to go to the fair debt collection protection act and quote back to them what they can and cannot do and they will stop calling you because they threatened to take me to jail and i told them i needed to call them back and i got more information cause i made more calls and everyone i talked to said it was a scam

I have received two call from a so call "officer" micheal hopkins from the financial crimes division sayin g it's urgent that I or my attorney calls back to number 772.675.9488 first call came from that number second call came from 9.701.2573 that's what appeared on caller ID.

claims to be Officer Michael hopkins one day then lawyer johnson another i think this a scam and  he is very annoying will harrass you to no end you **** up they call right back
