John Baker head of Proactive Hold is no rookie at his job. This man has the best services by far if you are a business owner his product is a must have. I must say his voice is amazing and writes every thing he produces with 100% outstanding quality . Such a polite person I enjoyed doing business with him. Lauren, there was nothing polite about the way you cut me off. Your condescending and dismissive manner was not only rude but unprofessional. You were confused about what I offer and how your company currently addresses the subject. After several attempts to explain that to you I did indeed tell you plainly that you didn't know what you were talking about and ended the call. I guess you were very disappointed that I don't have a boss you could tattle to when you called back because you then found it necessary to use company time to post here and on several similar sites. The fact that your complaint is the only one on the entire internet after 6 years of me making ***dreds of calls to businesses every week says as much about your at***ude as it does about about the way that I conduct business.

I had the UNPLEASANT experience of talking to John Baker (773-262-6158), the owner of Proactive Hold, today. He was soliciting his "sound that you hear when a person is on hold" product. I politely told him my company would not be interested. He screamed at me and said I had no idea what I was talking about (I****ume because I wouldn't let him finish his spiel) and then ***g up on me. What a great way to run your business and earn****ential prospects! I hope he reads this.
