says i won a car but thats not righti never entered anything

got the same type of call from someone named 'Tony' saying that we had won a car.  yeah, right.  Didn't call back.

Call said I've won so****ing, though of course it can't.  I don't understand what the point of these calls are; they aren't even asking for money, and half the time no one is there if I answer the call.  How are they even scamming money?  All they really are is an annoyance.

These calls are generated through a client of Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. -il.Since you can't learn the iden***y of the actual caller who interrupts you regularly then I suggest you inundate the company that enables them to harass you. Here is a link to the company and some of the numbers to reach them:icc.illinois.govDespite the ".gov" post-text in their internet site address they are NOT affiliated with the government, so don't let this intimidate you.They are a private telephone company who issues service to businesses. One of the business users of their service generates this (and other) scam, spam and annoyance calls to you.

got a call from this number when I answered no one was there so I waited reapting*****o*****o finally taped message said congradulations so****ing about winning a car couldn't quite make it out because I was surprised when they said i had one then they gave me an 888 # but I als didn't get had no pen
