Caller Name: "INFORMATIONAL" My brothers caller ID said "informational" and during a previous call the caller claimed it was regarding a lawsuut for an unpaid hospital bill from 2005 and rattled off case number etc and threatened to send an armed officer to subpoeana him for court and tried to scare him and same number called today with what sounded like a recording but my brother wasn't sure but before they attemoted to allegedly transfer him to some kind of "case manager" I told him the advice I'd gotten right here and told him to hang up the phone which he did. My brother is unemployed,sick and in outpatient substance abuse treatment and has no assets or income. It doesn't sound right and the caller using voip with no identification or record coming back to the number at all. Thanks hope someone else has practical advice or information about this caller.
