not only did i get a message at least three times today but they called my sister and a old friend saying I put them down as a "reference" its a bunch of b.s. and these people need to be stopped. I don't understand why they go to such length to retrieve debt. If only more consumers knew what rights they had a***nst debt collectors. I will definitely be calling her back to let her know she'll be getting a cease and dissist letter from me ant that i know my legal rights as a consumer, under federal law, a collection agency cannot contact a consumer no more than once a YEAR!
