Here is a link to the company and some of the numbers to reach them:icc.illinois.govDespite the ".gov" post-text in their internet site address they are NOT affiliated with the government, so don't let this intimidate you.They are a private telephone company who issues service to businesses. One of the business users of their service generates this (and other) scam, spam and annoyance calls to you.
Called my business number and disconnected when I picked up the phone. Annoying. I'm also on the "do not call" registry.
