Caller is Ms Lopez and says it is "APS" stating that she is calling in regard to an order received in their office. She provided a file number and at the end says that failure to comply will result in your right to speak about this matter outside of a legal setting and then says thank you and good luck. Looked up on other sites and is a previously acknowledged scam.

Scam.. Message Says its "APS" and that if we don't call back about an "Order that was placed" we lose our right to resolve using any legal action. I have 0$ in debt. SCAMMERS!

The call is not real clear .. It's not easy to understand what the caller is saying...they really don't state a reason for the call other than Mentioning a file number and Use the word legal ...and they say good luck at the end .. a fraud call.. It appears they want to scare the recipient of the call into returning the call

I have no idea who’s telephone number belong too or why they call my sister telling her she has to pay for an account that she doesn’t have or ever applied for their charge card. Inkow is a fraud but I need to know who, so I can reported to the police fraud help department.
