This same gentleman is calling my husband's work EVERY SINGLE DAY, wouldn't leave a number till TODAY!!! I am almost afraid to call them back as I don't want them getting ahold of my Cell Number, but I don't want my husband to get fired either for being harrassed at work by these imbasuls(sp?) as he works in a Factory. What to do? What to do?

This guy keeps calling saying I took at a pay day loan which I have not and that he is going to sue, blah, blah,  He calls nearly every day and says he represent the law office of Parker and Parker. he has even called my work number. He is clearly a scam artist but I don't know how to make him stop,

Did u ever get your money back?  You should report to the authorities...may be able to put a trace on the ach withdrawal.

I had the same thing happen to me, Kevin Walker from parker and parker law firm called me about a payday loan.  But no paperwork has been sent to me about this and I will not confirmed my information with them.  They also call from diffrent numbers.

Kevin walker from Parker and Parker law office scammed me for 200 I will be getting this back. Business don't use the telephone harrassmemt that they use. They said I have a lawsuit pending a***nst me for a payday loan but instead of getting a credit card number they got my banking info and did a ach transaction on my account they would call 5 or 6 times in a row. Called my home phone and work they also said I would lose my job andspend time in prison. They are fake it's a scam if they were legitimate they would send you a official letter from there office and be willing to tell you who the company was that they are collecting from but they don't do that. Watch ou***s a scam!!!!

parker and parker called me stating that i owe them 500 dollars, and middle eastern accent. i knew it was a scam, and laugh at this ****, i told him if you want 500 dollars from me; you better take a number and wait!!

This company called me and my job number with a threat to contact references.  He had a heavy accent. I'd be willing to bet we are talking about the same individual/business.

Received a call from 772-236-8431 but was unable to call this number back. 773-741-6599 was listed as the call back number. First person I spoke to was James Smith who told me to hold for restoration officer. While placed on hold, there was music that sounded like that of the ice cream truck. Then a guy named Kevin Walker came on the line stating he was a restoration officer and there was a file claimed a***nst me with cash advance mutual for $200. I told him I would have my lawyer contact him back and the call back number doesn't work. Kevin Walker stated it may have been a glitch in system and my lawyer could call them back. Both men I spoke to seemed to be the same person both had a very heavy accent. They also sounded a lot like a guy named Michael who contacted me previously  saying he was representing a cash advance place as well.

This "Law Office of Parker & Parker" is obviously another name being used in the ongoing PDL collection scam.  I received a call from them.....same thing as usual.....middle eastern accent that was very hard to understand, same goofy way of phrasing things, etc.  They do have a website, but it is pretty useless and generic and I'd also be willing to bet that the address listed is bogus.  The website offers no real information such as a legitimate attorney's website would, it is very new (from Jan. 2011) and looks like my 5 year old put it together.  It is just there, I'm sure, to add to the fear factor.  I basically told them to buzz off and would suggest all of you do the same if you get a call from them.
