No one is obligated to answer his or her telephone! My practice is to just let the phone ring until I hear a voice and a reason for the call. I got a call from this number to my cellular phone this morning - I just let it ring. The call went to voice mail, no message was left and that was that. No conversation, no convincing people of anything, just about as blissful a morning as was possible.I do the same at home. When my answering ma****e picks up, I decide if I should answer, if I want to talk to someone who is leaving a message. If the caller ****s up, that is just fine with me.Simple.

it happens to me too.  I didn't pick up the phone, at that number keeps calling me till now.

I've been getting calls of the same kind from various phone numbers and area codes, including the one listed here. One person was American, one had a spanish accent, another had an Asian accent, and today I had one with an Irish accent. All of the 10+ calls I've received asked for the same person: Kevin Collins. Like the ppl whom posted previously, when I tell them that they have the wrong number, they would inquire as to how this Kevin individual can be located.

they call and ask for the same thing. a guy named Ray (it took me over 5 min to actually get him to give me his name) he then asks for another number to reach the person he's calling to which i tell him no. and he continues to ask for other people. I asked him for the company in which he represents and the convo went as the following,Me-"Ray, what company do you represent?"Ray-"I, uh, represent, company CBO."Me-". . .(after a pause) CBO?"Ray- "Yes, CBO"Me-"What does CBO stand for, Ray?"Ray-"Credit Bureau Recovery"Me-"Ray, i thought you worked for CBO?"Ray-"I do, CBO Credit Bureau Recovery"Me- "C-B-O, (spelling it out so he can hear me) Credit Bureau Recovery. . .? um you realize that Credit Bureau Recovery should be CBR right?"Ray-"Yes, CB(****led under his breath)R"Me-"Okay Ray, this conversation is over. BYE"

I get calls from this number all of the time.  It shows up as "Illinois Call" on my ID and they ask for Richard Meisner.  When I insist I do not know Richard and this must not be his number anymore, they always ask, "But is this (my phone number)?" to which I have to tell them a***n that this is not Richard Meisner's number and I do not know who he is.  Getting really annoyed because they call several times a week and don't seem to stop even though I have made it clear to them that I am not, nor do I know, Richard Meisner.
