Yes its spam. I checked with the bank. I received the call today morning at 3.56 am and heard the voicemail in the morning.

Got a call on my cell phone but didn't answer but there was a message on my voicemail. I only got half the message. So****ing about card was on hold. I have been getting a ton of calls like this the past 3 days. My # is on the "DO NOT CALL" list. Wish they would stop calling.

Received a call at 23:15 on 10/2/11 saying my Wells Fargo card was on a hold.

Not sure if it was a scam but got a call at 3:20am saying my Wells Fargo card was on a hold and to enter my card #. I did not but will call my bank about it.
