Saw a missed call from them, no message left. I don't answer my phone anymore it's one of those 'if it's important they will leave a message.' Glad I didn't, cause if it was charter I would have been chewing their**** for their ****ty internet service.

its been a month. odd hours that they call never answer. its a scam.

It is Charter, I just called the # back because they never leave a message.

I have received 5 calls since tuesday. Never leaves a message!

This isnt charter for everyone who says it is. I called charter so see if they had any call center from the Chicago area and they dont. Charter reported the number for me to the appropriate figures. Its just some third party company trying to get our money!!

I've called the number back. Initially dead air but when I re-dialed, a man picked up the phone. I didn't say anything and he didn't provide a greeting i.e. "thank you for calling blah blah blah.

Just received another call, I answered and got a sales representative, It was Charter. I asked them to please remove me from their call list, They then told me to allow 45 days for me to be removed from their call list (I guess that means, I will get at least 10 more calls from them before it will stop).

I answered and then they ***g up, I agree with the other comments below it is Charter!
