Called my cell phone which costs me money to answer...especially because this is not within my own area code. Why can people legally enter my life like this???

Just called my cell, left no message. This is a private number, why should they have the right to call me when the calls cost me money if I answer! The nerve! Cut them off, I say

Called my cell phone but I have not given anyone at this number my cell number! This costs me money!!! This should be illegal, no one answers when I call the number.
