These guys are just making sure someone answers the phone so they can put it on a database of 'live' numbers and sell it so those a**holes who buy it can spam you even more. These guys are s*** of the earth.

I would like to put them on my Friends and Family list as I don't have unlimited minutes, so I could call them over and over a***n. What I would do is set up a s***d dial so all I had to do was push one ****on and it would call them. So when I was waiting some where and I had time to waist instead of playing a game on my phone I would call this number and when they **** up or whatever I would PUSH THE ****ON.
