I received a message which said there was a civil complaint a***nst me, a restraining order, and I had to respond within 24-48 hours. One thing I know for certain is that the courts do not leave messages on your telephone. All legal do***entation is received by mail. I am totally ignoring this mess.

Yes I received numerous calls from this scammer. He thinks he's slick and that he can frighten you. Don't be weak and give in to this scam artist because that is exactly what he is. I told him I would be happy to see him in court. After that the calls stopped for a minute but have recently s****ed up a***n. At first I was nervious when I received the first call and then I thought for a second and realized that I had nothing to be nervous about and stood toe to toe with the caller and told him to bring it on if he really had so****ing a***nst me. Bad debt is created everyday and a legitimate company would not deal with idiots like this person that calls and threatens everyone.

My brother received the same call, that he had a restraining order a***nst him, that he will have to show up in court unless he paid up.

the name on the phone is listed under the name of CHANEY EMMA out of Auburn, MA. It is a scam, I got a call from them and Im the wrong one to call. I have a credit consultant company. and can say I know every thing about credit and scams like this. A f.y.i if you get a call from a collector and they keep calling. All you havee to do is say Can I record this call, they will say no. Then tell them when I can record this call, you can call me back.

Got the same message as everyone else. I called them back and agreed on a settlement, but I said I would have to call back in an hour with my payment info because I was at work, When I called back it told me the number was disconnected, My settlement offer was only good till end of business day. I tried the number a***n after 6:30. Number was connected a***n with a whole different greeting and options, yet when my bf tried to call from his phone he got the out of order recording. So****ing is BS here!

They left a message on my voice mail that said someone has a cival case a***nst me and I needed to contact my attorney right away and to call them with info. but their number says it's out of service. My ex. ***her-in-law received the same call from the same number.
