Multiple calls- pause when I pick up so I **** up

Called my cell phone yet a***n on 1-14-17 after 6 pm on Sa****ay night. Didn't recognize so didn't pick up and left no message.

their message overrode our voicemail so didn't get recorded, sounded like so****ing about NSTAR...I had just paid my bill by phone the day before so thought that might be it, but now I think it's spam.

8:13 Intrusion on a Friday night after a long and and an even longer week. Dead air of a ROBOCALL. Other sites list the ELECTRIC SCAM. We've noticed a pattern with having the TV ON (hooked up to TIME WARNER CABLE) and these calls. Came in just 20 minutes after turning the TV on. TWC advertises all the SCAMS that we get calls for: Swit****g Electric Providers & others.
