I have been receiving constant phone calls from this number for several months now. I have call block on my phone so whenever they call the phone automatically blocks their phone call.  I will not call the number back since there is a possibility someone has tried to steal my iden***y and these may be calls from some collection agency. It is very annoying nonetheless because the phone is on a night stand and my husband sleeps near it.

Calls every day. Probably on behalf of The San Bernardino Sun Newspaper.

They are a either the Los Angeles Newspaper Group or a company that markets for them. The newspapers owned by them include the Pasadena Star, The Torrance/South Bay Daily Breeze, The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, The Long Beach Press Telegram, The Los Angeles Daily News, The Redlands Daily Facts, The San Bernardino Sun, The San Gabriel Valley Tribune, and the Whittier Daily News. They're trying to sell you the paper. If you call back a message says all operators are busy and then a few seconds of music play before it ****s up on you. If you call back several times (too me about 6) you can get someone to answer.

Was gone for 2 weeks and found 28 message on ma****e. When you call the number back it rings 3 times and then "the call can not be completed as dialed"

I keep getting phone calls from this number, but the phone only rings twice, then they **** up. I'm not going to call the number as I've been warned that there's a chance calling the number could result in a charge to my number that would be irreversible.

When the ma****e picked up caller ***g up.

Three calls in less than 12 hours from this number.  When I called it back it was a foreign sounding female voice message stating "all of our operators are currently****isting other callers, someone will be with you shortly" then goes to music for four seconds before ****ing up on you
