Spanish speaking, ****s up.

I'm normally very cautious about numbers that I don't know from outside of the state that I live in so the fact that this number called my personal cellphone is ridiculous

I have received a recording for two days now with a very quick Spanish speaking Lady. No problem, I grab my sis in law who is from Costa Rica and ask her to call it and she says they say if you are a patient please call this number and they are out of los Angeles. Today I get another call completely in Spanish out if Nevada and as soon as I try to speak with her she ****s up on me.
