Constant calling re: what? I do not know!

They call once a day from this number and another 800 number.  I don't have any debt or any payment I have forgotten about.  When I answer no one is there. If I don't answer and my voicemail picks up, the message left is the end of a pre-recorded message. A message has only been left once.  I called the number back today and the person who answered, Steve, was very rude.  After listening to silence for 20 seconds, I ***g up.

I received a call from 775-319-1518 and was asked to call them back at 866-578-4773.  They recported that they were attempting to collect a debt.  I have no debts and when I tried to call back I was told the number was not working

We had just received new service with a new number and the calls from this number as well as dozens of others were overwhelming! The recording gave no options to navigate to a remove number feature. We have no credit card debt, and this company in the caller ID "Allied Corp" was not familiar.

This person called me and left a message about debt collection. I have no debt that needs to be collected by a third party. I deal directly with my credit cards and I have always paid on time. I called them back and I only got a message that it was important for them to talk to me. I kept waiting for some time and only heard never ending silence.Just ridiculous. Is the US government sleeping about such harrassing calls ?This is my cell phone and I pay for such rogue incoming calls. I am loosing money for this ***** ******* to make prank calls on me.

Yeh I got a call from them today.i don't like collect calls, which is usually who's calling so i ignored it but I'd like to no how they got my number to begin with since it's a cell phone number.

your all f***ed since the " NO CALL LIST" is never enforced!! 99.999% of these calls come from other countries. the number is then routed back to a USA phone line that is hooked up to a central computer hub. The only thing to do is ignore and never answer any call where you do not know the number.

I keep getting calls fron this number. They ask for a name which ismy sons' name. I keep telling them tht he does not reside here any longer. They keep calling almost every other day.

The phone subscriber for #775-319-1518 is Allied Interstate in Reno, NV. I guess this is or at least claims to be a collection company. They've called me but I've never waited long enough to talk to a rep.

dont know what they want thay never leave a message but a call back number.

8/5/08The same thing is happening to me.  The keep asking for a person who use to have this number.  There must be so****ing that can be done.  I keep taking the person name who calls me.  Then I give them the name of the local police department.

Received a call from this number  8/5/08.   No one there.

Three to Four calls per day.   Never provides any information when asked to leave a message, harrased my 68 disabled mother and 11 year daugther.

These people keep calling for someone named Glen.  This has been going on for a number of years now.  I don't know anyone named Glen, keep telling them to take the number off their records, but they keep calling.  Last night they called a***n and asked for Glen - I can't even understand the last name that they give.  Anyway, then he says you know that you know Glen, what is he your old boyfriend, your retired dad?  Quit trying to say you don't know him because this it the number he gave us.  Meanwhile, I have had the same number for 12 years and ain't ***ody named Glen ever been around - just me and my daughter.  How can we make it stop???

Received an automated call stating I had to contact them regarding a debt.  When I called the number displayed on my caller ID, I had to listen to music while waiting for the next representative.  I got su****ious when the music playing during my wait sounded recorded from a stereo.  It then asked me for my SSN which I refused to give.  Then the recording stated it would transfer me to an operator which disconnected the call.

these guys are fraud. The guy called and said I owe $*** to verizon, ****** guy, he didnt know that I make sure, I pay the bill every month without fail. When I asked for my account number, he gave a wage number, thinking that I wont be able to tell.

I received two messages on my answering ma****e on the same day about this, and it was also regarding a debt. That's odd because I have already paid off my past debts and am just working on a dental bill and student loans, and those get paid EVERY month without interruption. My girlfriend received a similar call from a similar company months ago where the callers were rude to her but didn't give her an account number for which debt the caller is collecting on.

Every 3-4 months I get calls where I either answer the phone or a voice mail is left from number 775-319-1518.  The voice message left does not indicate who they are looking for, just states it is a matter regarding a debt.  Every time I call them I tell them that I am not the person they are looking for and that we obtained our number when we moved into our residence over a year ago.  They say okay we removed your number and the problem is taken care of.  Well it never gets taken care of.  So I received yet another call yes****ay afternoon and this time when I called I asked for a manager or contact name and the customer service rep was ignorant, rude and refused to give me the information I was seeking.  She said that she would transfer me, but that never happened I remained on hold live, then I said "Are you planning on transferring me today".  She said "She was waiting for his line to become available".  In frustuatation I said listen I just want a contact name and where your corporate headquarters is located so I can issue a complaint a***nst them.  Still with rudeness the person did not help me whatsoever.  I told her how ridiculous this is and how aweful they treat people, especially ones like me who should not have to endure this since I was not the person they were seeking to begin with.  The only information I got was that the company is Allstate Interstate Collection Agency and they are based out of Ohio.  I then ended the call, because that was a waste of my time and tried to find info online and can up empty.  I was also told by the rep that the call was being recorded....I said "good I hope that this is and that you totally understand my anger"......Glad to find this site and to know that I am not the only one out there.
