This is Penta Group, they are a debt collection agency.  If this number is calling you either you or someone who used to have your number owes money to a company.  For me it was Dell Financial.  It took awhile for someone to come on the line (about 30 seconds) but when they did it was a live person and they were very pleasant with me as I was pleasant with them.  They were also willing to work out a payment schedule that I could handle and get me out of collections.It's embarrassing to be in this position, I understand.  But life happens.  I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help me even when I couldn't make a full payment.

they call 4 times a day and never speak - im on the do not call list. that dont work

Calls 5-6 times a day s****ing at 8am until9pm. I have answered several times and thereis never anyone on the other end. The callerID says Pentagroup. Can anything be done aboutthis type of harrasment?

calls never speaks so I did not know who they are or what they want.

Never leave a message just some strange noise on the other end.
