What makes people think that being on the "Do Not Call" list will stop scammers from ignoring the list? I'm sure you know that every time you answer one of these calls, they get monetary credit for every answered call.

They have called four nights in a row and even thought the called ID shows Nevada call, the voice says they are representing an independent servey co. from New Jersey.  I even tried answering their questions the first time but the questions didn't pertain to me or anyone in this household at all.  Their "choices" or "options" to answer were really off the wall.  The questions were about video games and some kind of ****.  Finally told them not to call a***n and the conversation was over.

Does not leave us alone. Called today 3 or 4 times today!!!! We are on the DNC registry. And, we will not take a survey!!!! So very tired of the phone ringing and says: NEVADA.

Called and did not leave message. Will not answer to any unknown caller, telemarketer, survey, or unavailable. We are on the DNC list. Hope they get the hint, please do not call.

I've also rec'd several calls from 775-337-1194. They never leave a message, except once, it was the sound of their phone ringing.I hope they're shut down soon.

We're on the Do Not Call Registry, and even though those telemarketing s***bags called us twice, and we asked them to remove our phone number from their telemarketing list twice, they keep calling. We have systematically filed complaints with the DNCR. We have also complained to their major sponsor CNN, and have written to their President Gerard Miodus to complain: http://ww****inionresearch.com/are_team.shtml. Next time they call, we'll file a formal with the FCC. Enough with those parasites!

The person is calling a wrong number & when I told them no one by the name of Charles lives at this number, they ***g up but they keep calling twice a day 7 days a week and if I answer they just **** up. I am on the Indiana no call list but they keep calling me anyway.

I've received about 5 calls in 3 days. These people are complete idiots and better lose my number.

Calls everyday 1-2 times a day and they always **** up. No one's ever there. Very annoying!

This number has called a few times and no one responds or leaves a message.

This number appears at least once a day on our caller ID and whether I answer the phone or the ma****e picks up they do not respond in any way they **** up. I don't know who they are or what they want. I can't call the number back and they are not listed

This number has been calling my fax ma****e at 3am and 9am several times per week. I called the number back and there is a recording stating the company is Consumer Research Opinion. I left a message to remove my phone number from their database.

This is a national survey number that calls my home at least twice a day. I called them back & left a message telling them I wasn't interested in their survey. I told them to stop calling me. Let's see how well that one works.

They've been calling me from this number for the last week, at least 1 per day.  I don't answer.  My ma****e answer and they **** up without leaving a message.  My number is not listed and I don't give it out for business, so I'm curious of how they got it.

I just got a call from Nevada Call at 1-775-337-1194 they just called here at 8:59pm(PT) and did not leave a message. I just call 800-444-4672 and was transfered to a Warren Frankel who is in charge of the call centers. He has removed my nymber per my request from their database.

Just got a call from this number (7:57 PM, CDT).  I didn't answer it, and they didn't leave me a voice mail message.Thanks for letting me know that it's nothing important.

Try calling 775-337-1000 and ask to be taken off the list. I just did that and am desperately hoping that it works. Leaving messages certainly did not.

The person who posted that one should go to the Opinion Research website and click "Contact" may not have the best advice, and may actually be from Opinion Research themselves.

They have called once to twice a day, almost every day for the last 3 weeks. I have spoken with 3 seperate indivuals when they call and asked to be taken off of whatever list they have and they continue to call.

Called late at night

This place has been calling me 3-5 times a day, 7 days a week! I've ***g up on them a few times, then blocked their number but they continue to call every day of the week between 7am and 10pm. VERY annoying. They claim to be a survey company. If you call the number you get a recorded message. AND, you can LEAVE a message! So I did: I told them if they call me ONE more time after September 28th I will take legal action. So far they have not called today but I'm sure they will.

This number keeps appearing in our Caller ID.  But when answered there is no response from the calling party.  We are registered on the DNC Registry so it irritates me that they continue call.  And it is late in the evening and on Sunday mornings!

When they call, just say s city police station, they will never call you back.example: Florida police department, how may i direct your call". :O it works!!

Just called our home at 8:57PM!  "Justin" from the Opinion Research Corp was just plain ****y too.  When he s****ed his schpeal, I was talking over the top of him (since he would not shut up) and finally got him to stop long enough for me to say we're on the Do Not Call list and that's when he stated that the DNC list does not apply to them since they are not soliciting.  I told him to take us off of his list regardless and he huffed and said "well fine" (all whiney!), then I ***g up on him.  We'll see if they repeat the calls - Heaven help them if my husband answers to some idiot late at night instead of me!!!

Stated alleged name and company and purpose. Purpose was allegedly on work things. First didn't know my name, second wanted to speak to male over 18 in house. After 1st question so****ing like do you work at least 20 hours in an office that employs at least 2 people..told him no and there are no males over 18 living in house working min 20 hours in an office that employs at least 2 people. Person on phone yelled at me to get the adult male living in home on phone, I asked him who is said he was a***n and what address he was supposed to be calling. He said so****ing sounding like a curse word and ***g up. I am the only person living in my home and I am retired. I am also on the do not call list, but as usual the government doesn't enforce the laws of us common people.

Caller needs to realize that while it may be 7:00 p.m. on the west coast,it is 10:00 p.m. on the east coast.

They've called at least 5 times between 7/30 and today, reached the answering ma****e but left no message each time (however, it sets off the ma****e counter as though there is a message).  I also have Do Not Call and will now report them on that website.  Just plain annoying.

Calls anytime during the day, I'm on the donotcall.gov however these people still have a way of contacting me.  They leave no voicemail and **** up. The calls are coming from NEVADA somewhere.

Whocalledus links the 7753371194 number to about 100 other telephone numbers from the Nevada Call caller ID.  They did not leave a message, just ***g up.  They have been calling for at least two nights.

Got a call from these people last evening right before 8:00 p.m.  Don't know who these people are, but the call is unsolicited.  I'm on DNC register.  Even if they are getting my number from any survey, which I've only completed one of those months ago, I don't consider that they have a right to be calling me.  The companies asking for survey completion should put full disclosure regarding the business of these "research companies" on their survey websites.  Otherwise, I consider it a nuisance call, unwanted, and a violation of my DNC rights.

I've gotten several calls from this number. If it is the Opinion Research Corp. the only thing I can figure is that they are getting the numbers from people answering the surveys that a lot of stores are putting on their receipts with a chance to win. You have to give your phone number as a means of id in case you win the gift card, etc. I have answered several but usually do it on web, but they still ask for phone number.
