I receive one of these phone calls daily on my cell phone.  I never answer because the number is not in my list.  How can I block it!

I keep getting people calling me with an Asian accent. I have no idea what they are saying or what they want. It is always a ma****e calling. If i do not answer they will leave a message. No one is on the line except for the recording.
