Spam from charter. They call to sell more of their overpriced services when you don't want them. Sales agents are rude.

Person will not answer when you pick up the phone and say*****o.

Charter. I don't know how many times I have to tell them I only want their Internet and nothing more!!!!!

It's Charter. They have been spamming me ever since I signed up with them. They have tried from at least 3 different phone numbers, to 1-800 to California to Nevada numbers. If you screen them for long enough, they switch numbers. Pure desperation and spam tactics. If you're not making enough money to not have to resort to this ****, GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS. I urge customers to s**** looking elsewhere for internet, etc.

These guys call me 2x/day, *every day* and there's no way to stop it because no one is on the other end!

It's a charter automated dialer. That's why there a delay when picking up/ sounds like no one there.
