Leave a CommentSpam Bot Callers -These are automated spam calls from a bot network (robot computer). Here's how it works and why they don't get prosecuted:The bot computer sequentially dials each number in a targeted area code, all hours of the day and night. It doesn't care if you are on any do not call list, or if you are busy, or if you are sleeping. The computer then records whether it got a valid number and if it was a voice or fax response, then ****s up. Your number then gets put on a phone marketing list and sold on the open market to either fax spammers or telemarketers. The bot programmer gets paid per valid number and often makes millions. The purchaser of the number, most frequently a telemarketing firm in southern California, then markets the spam to any bidders. Currently mortgage refinancers are a hot business, but it could be any one of a number of spam businesses. All of the businesses are required to have a valid mailing address. To overcome this, they go to obscure towns and get a mailbox at "Mailboxes, Etc." or similar firm, and hence aren't traceable. The only way you can catch them is to drive to the remote town and stake out the mailbox 24-7 and see who comes to pick up the mail. Since no one has the resources to do this, and they know it, they get away with it scot free, and you get spammed. Unless enough of you write to your state attorney general's office and complain until they c****e the laws, life will go on for these creeps and you will continue to lose your privacy.
Automated announcement said "We've reach your number in error."
According to whitepages.com, James T.****ali's home number is 949-679-2993. He lives at 29 Shady Ln, Irvine, Ca 92603. If you get calls at 5 am, maybe he would like you to call his house and give him the same treatment.
CALLED AT 5:10 AM PST AND ****S UP WHEN ANSWERED
no answer when I tried to answer.call back message WAS"SERVICE TO THIS NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED"
A class action lawsuit sounds like a great idea! I have people working on it right now. This caller and others like him will be held accountable and so will the phone companies who it sounds pretty obvious they are doing nothing to stop these criminals. Its up to us, everyone with me?
Another illegal call; happens all day long, every day! No one cares, no one does any thing to help stop them. AT&T told me after an hour of getting transfered from one computer voice to another and then to some very beligerent absolutly "non-helpfull" service manager that basically they cant and dont do anything. I told them that this same caller 775-637-6551 )Gabbs Nv.) also hacked into my computer! Gods knows what information they may have stolen! They even left Gabbs Nv. for my new local news search in my E-Mail!!! Do I have to move there now so that the news pertains to me? According to all the NON helpfull people at AT&T I guess I have no choice! I used to be so proud to be an American. Not any more! This government does nothing for its people anymore! Maybe if I called AT&T back and told them I was a corporation they would get off thier *** a**es! They would not even give me the name of the person who committed a crime! I always thought it was a felony to hide evidence to a crime! Oh --- thats right ! It is a crime! The phone companies are pro***bly partners with these telephone scammers, and the anti virus companies are probably paying the virus writers? This IS America! $$$$$$$$$$

Caller ID said Liberty TelecomAnswering ma****e picked up because I won't answer any of these "Strange calls"A woman with the name of Linda left message telling me they would lower my 30 year mortgage rate to 5.75% I don't have a mortgage!
