I’ve gotten two calls from this same number.  First was a woman and the second time a man both times asking for my boss by name.  When I asked who was calling they gave me their first name (I don’t remember the woman’s name but, she had an accent.) the man’s name was Sean (with accent, not Irish).  They both told me they where calling from Ed Upton’s office. When I asked what the call was regarding.  The woman just ***g up on me. Sean told me it was a sensitive nature and they he would send so****ing to us in the mail. (Maybe there’ll stop calling) FYI: Ed Upton is the owner of Aviation****istance Company, Inc. in the Reno, Nevada area (According to linkedin.com).  When I looked up the company the only one I could find was a new company in the Netherlands.

Got a call asking for boss' name.  Same thing as above wouldn't say what it is regarding said I could take a message they said "no" and ***g up.  Have received from a man once and woman 4 times.  They refuse to leave message and are very rude!! I'll remember the number now and won't answer :)

I just received the same call.  Guys acts like he's a long lost friend.  When I told him my boss was in a meeting, he says "I'm walking out the door and really need to speak with him today."

A man calls, won't give his name, asks for my boss by name, I said he was not in, he said then give me his cel phone, I asked what company he was with, he said Integrated Contractors, I say I don't give out cel numbers to sales people and he says I am not selling anything I want to do business with you. I said he should talk to an estimator for a bid, he said to just send him to voice mail.

Woman called asking for my boss. When I asked for her name, she gave me so****ing false.  I asked for the name of her company and she said it was ITA, but when I asked what this company did, she got arugmentative and ***g up on me.

Cold call sales, very rude technique. Call the company back and ask to be put on their do not call list, receptionist who answered my return call was helpful and easy to comply with my request. Sounds like they train their telemarketers to be as rude as possible to get past gatekeepers.
