Who Called: Amazon employee willing to reverse a transaction

Call taken in Ca***a. Caller said they were from Amazon and reporting a possible misuse of our Amazon account - the purchase of an iPhone. We have no record of such a purchase. Caller insisted we should sign onto the secure Amazon server using a laptop by following his instructions on the phone.
