BEWARE of these calls. The scam is to have you answer the survey and then to call you back, note that you win a prize for taking part and then get you bank account information. The call I received noted it was an "Air Quality Research Survey". ***ue upsetting attempt to get personal information by asking seemingly inocuous questions about the allergies and pets but requesting "please spell your first name". Called late in the evening and repeated attempts to "call back" met with busy signal. Another level of annoying telephone solicitation.

He called me at work asking for the "lady of the house" so I thought he was looking for my boss' wife, it happens all the time. When I asked if he had their home number he just said "no I'll just **** up now."

Asked many personal questions without identifying themselves.

I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number and wasn't expecting any calls. They left no message.

Called at 1030 this morning, then a***n at 12:06 and A***N at 2:58. No messages.. I have told them at least three times that I will not respond and am not interested.  Next stop- CRTC, I guess. Name comes up as "GT GROUP TELECOM SERVICES CORP"  Interweb tells me this:GT Group Telecom Vancouver#1500-1066 West Hastings Street Vancouver, BC V6E 3X1 Ca***aPhone: (604) 681-1994Fax: (604) 681-6822(604) 681-0291  Appears to be a phone bank operation (sweat shop?) employing mainly "New Ca***ians" who are working in English as a 2nd language and who seem to have to meet a daily quota in order to keep their jobs.  If I could only get a street address I might pass the complaint on to the WCB about working conditions and see if that has any more effect than being in the don't call list....Feel free to call them back on the above numbers at any time...PS- They're owned by Bell ... go figure!

has phoned 3 days in a row....leaves no msg....where name should appear, thee is a long string of letters and numbers

Decided to answer it and it was a "short consumer questionairre about air quality" asking if we have anyone who smokes, anyone with asthma, how long we lived here and do we rent or own.

This number calls every day, at least once. No one replys and no voice mail is left. I want them to stop calling.

When I try to return call just rings busy. Further investigation came up with Telemarketers of course.

they have been told not to phone here and even blew a whistle and a***n they phoned- this is a terrible nuisance
