You were either a reference of a cusotmer, a co-borrower, employer, co-worker or a same last name or neighbour or friend and they just want informaiton from you on a customer, (they do have a reward system in place for so****ing like that too). If it is truly a wrong number, mis-dialed just call their toll free # with all your information to be taken off their call list. If you don't owe any money you have nothing to fear by calling them and getting them to stop, right?
