Received random call from someone claiming to refund me for mysterious software that couldn't be named. Their scam didn't even make sense on basic principles of scamming. Total amateur hour. 0/10

Scam trying to get you to pay over the phone.

They call claiming to be Microsoft calling to renew your service agreement for your software. Obviously a scammer as Microsoft is located in Seattle Washington not *****chusetts and they renew software via email if on monthly sub but normally don't call you unless you called support and they are getting back to you with a solution for a specific issue.
