This person tried to call me twice today. I didn't recognize the number so I entered it on google to see if I get any hits on it and found this page, pretty scary.

I noticed this # on my caller ID so I called back and it was disconnected. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting phone calls ... from a very fast speaking man from India that I could hardly understand or hear too well because of the noise in the background(sounded like one of those boiler rooms with a lot of people on the phones). He told me there was a problem with my computer an it would crash if I didn't let him help me. He said he was from microsoft Gold Certified service. I asked him for a number I could call him back at and he had to go leave his desk to find that out.... at this point I knew so****ing was fishy so I ***g up. He called me right back with a # in texas... also disconnected. This person had my name , my address, and my new unlisted phone #. Very scarey!!!! I fear a cyber war is going to ******* us if we can't get a handle on this.

An Indian man called us from this number and told us that there were issues with our computer that we might not be aware of.  My husband got on the phone and told him there is nothing wrong with our computer and my husband knows b/c he is a Dell certified technician.  It's a scam!

This number called me and told me they were from Microsoft, and wanted to resolve some ICT problems.  they tried to get me to use Logmein, but when I questioned them they rang off immediately.I suspect it was an attempted hacker attack.

THIS WAS AN EAST INDIAN GENTLEMAN WHO WAS ASKING ABOUT WHO OWNED OUR BUSINESS, I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HIM. WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT I OPERATE THE BUSINESS AND THAT NO HE COULD NOT SPEAK WITH THE OWNER HE ***G UP WITHOUT SAYING ANOTHER WORD. WHEN I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER BACK IT SAID THE NUMBER WAS NOT IN SERVICE.
