Called at about 1pm, I let it go to voicemail. No message, no callback.

received a call on my cell phone from this number. the message said they could lower my interest rate on my cc, but did not specify which one. I pressed one for the operator. Spoke with someone and he said he could lower the rate on 2 of my cards. I told him I was not going to give him my information and he said I could **** up so I did.

Called and left no message

CC scammer, called a few times. Offered to lower my CC rate, NOT MY BANK! Then called back from unknown number... SCAMMER!

Called. Didn't answer. Voicemail was a few seconds of silence.

Answered and they ***g up. Fortunately I can block numbers to my land line.

Picked up-silence.

says they want to lower my credit card rate, i do not have a credit card
