i think its hillarious that its considered a scam when placed with collections....like the other person i work for this company and i'm the one calling people to pay their debts. we have all the proof of the debt & if we don't have it we can get it from our client. my guess is that someone didn't pay their bill and now doesn't like being told they have to. we don't report to the credit bureaus...we never have, its actually a***nst our company policy, if the client wants you reported then they have to do that themselves we won't do it for them. your beef is with your creditor...not us. man up already.........

Once a***n this outfit is a SCAM, they buy old debts that cannot be collected by legal means and attempt to use scare tactics, they don't have proof of the debt otherwise they would be in court, once a***n a true scam!!

As I work for this specific collection agency I can tell you that we are no scam....we do NOT under any cir***stances report to the credit bureaus. That is left solely up to our clients to do, if they report the debtor that is their biz but we don't report to the bureaus. If we pull the credit report then it will show that a collection agency pulled the report but we do NOT report We are a commercial collection agency, not consumer. The person "newhamp****" has it all wrong...he's looking for an agency in SC, we are in MA.

I can tell you that I work for this company...have for several years now. We DO NOT report to any credit bureaus...NEVER have. My guess is that you're looking for a different receivable management corporation as we are not a reporting agency. We are commercial collections, not consumer...that means we go after companies & their officers (personal guarantors) NOT individual people.

Received calls from this company caller refuses to give their name, the compnay name and has reported unvarifed debt in my credit report. I filled a complaint with the BBB about them today 7-21-10. It is unlawful to report unvarifed debt on someone credit report! This is a scam, do not pay these people, they can not verify the debt and MUST remove it in 30 days or it's off to small claims court.
