I never had to deal with collection agency until Verizon provided me in January with a phone number for my new business 978-724-0214. The coming weeks were nightmares. up to 10 times a day I receive on a regular basis phone calls from 781-***-2282. After several tries I had a representative with an Indian accent stating that my phone number was not in their system and that they were looking for a Nicolas Argente. I repeatedly stated that I got this phone number from Verizon for my new firm and that I did not know that person they were callng about. When I asked to remove my business phone number from their system they said they could not remove the business number because it was not in their system They are calling now non stop since 01/2010. I had finally my business phone number c****ed. But unfortunately they must have caught one phone where I called them from my private phone, They s**** now calling my home phone number. I spoke this morning to a lady who had a latin american accent and will contact now Attorney General on Beacon Hill Boston to get this company out of business to stop the harassment.
