Got a voicemail from them about an upcoming appointment (I’ve never scheduled an appointment with them in my life) and it told me to call a different number back… sounded like a call center on the other end and she asked for my DOB, name, address and insurance. Got a voicemail from them about an upcoming appointment (I’ve never scheduled an appointment with them in my life) and it told me to call a different number back… sounded like a call center on the other end and she asked for my DOB, name, address and insurance. I got nervous and ***g up before giving it. never got a call back

They said they were calling to confirm insurance and they asked me to confirm my address and DOB... but then they asked for my social. I muted them for a few minutes and eventually ***g up but never got a call back

The lady asked my name, DOB, address and then asked for insurance. She asked me that I was getting this call from Brigham and Women Hospital. Then gave me 866 num and ***g up the phone. And I called 866.......... It came up as Brigham and Women Hospital. I was never asked questions during my1st vaccine ****.

Brigham and Women's Hospital, The Patient Service Center (PSC) then they give 866 number to call back. However the staff functions like a generic call-center, covering several hospitals, which is disappointing
