I thought medical records were private. How did this person (with the foreign accent) know what kind of surgery I had?

Yes I receive a call about having surgery; and that I may have a claim because of injury. I have had several surgeries without any complications. And the person that calls sounds foreign . And only calls early in the morning.

Some foreign company scam, guy tried to tell me I had surgery of some sort a few months ago, I have never had surgery in my life
