This person scammed me out of 5300 dollars and used a celebrity name for that reason

This person said they were someone I believe was not who they Led me to believe and sent me a check they told me to cash. Them had me send the money back to them right away. And was still asking me to send them more and I became in debt to my bank because the check was no good and I wasn't aware of that for a couple of days.

I'm not sure if this person is who they say they are
