Received a from Jack Shepard at 785-727-2386 as form Clark law Firm. He said stated would transfer me to the Agent with the papers. A man with a heavy middle eastern accent who said his name was Jack Shepard will be filing an affadavit and arrest warrant, and "I****ure you troopers from your county will be at your doorstep to arrest you within 24 hours of me filing this". He claimed the charges stem from a payday loan - from a company that owns over 800 websites for payday loans. He claimed he doesn't have info on which company I owe He confirmed the last four digits of my Social Security Number. He told me good luck I can not help you. He advised that I was a criminal. I never received a loan or have a payday loan He advised that I would be arrest for a loan. I have received a loan from them.

Got 4 calls within a 2 hour period today. Someone with broken english demanding a call back from an attorney about a time sensitive matter. The person they wanted to speak to wasn't me & I've had the same cell phone number for almost 10 years. I get similar calls all the time. I just put the number on my "blocked calls" list with my cell phone carrier. It seems to help for a week or two and then the calls s**** all over a***n.

II got the same info as. The others. Can't the BBB do so****ing about them ? They used the word FRAUD very boldly. They are the thieves. Lets take them down. Has anyone called the law in their city. Happy ***ting. A shame we want scam the scanners for real.

Who ever these people are threatening me at my job and cell phone. They need to speak ENGLISH

This is a total scam!! These men who apparently ARE NOT from this country (US) called me about a year ago threatening to arrest me for a unpaid loan. They called and harassed me so much (they even called me JOB asking the receptionist to find me!) that I went to the police department to see if there was anything they could do. Of course, they didn't do anything and eventually the calls stopped. Now, today, the calls s****ed back up a***n. Its a TOTAL scam and I wish I knew how to make them stop. They can call you from any made up phone number as well. They called me last year pretending to be "the police" and the caller id said 911!! What s***bags.
