Received a letter head letter from this number to call regarding a parking ticket. They Claim to be City of Lawrence. They Claim I was in Lawrence, KS and have a violation on 5/5/2023. and I owe $25.00 for a fine. They want me to pay the $25.00 fine by credit card, money order, or call them directly at the 785 832-6190 number to make a direct payment with them. AND lawrenceparking.rmcpay.com for logging on to find this information and pay the bill. A***N A SCAM! They even put address as 1 Riverfront Plaza, Suite 310 PO Box 1695 but of course none of this is correct for the City of Lawrence, KS. The City has the Following Information which is: City Hall 6 East 6th Street PO Box 708 Lawrence, KS 66044 City Hall Riverfront Muni****l Court and Planning & Development Services One Riverfront Plaza Lawrence, KS 66044 (785) 832-3000 [email protected] They even put a vehicle plate number which is NOT mine!
