This idiots keep calling to my house,they do not take no for an answer,they are making calls about 5 times a day,it seems they don't have anything else to do,this people either appear as UNKNOWN or Bank of America,i think is time that the goverment steps in to stop thi s scams by phone,ilegitimate companies making inlegitimate claims.

watch out..its a scam..this guy want to steal your money..i found out that this guy live in downtown miami and he use a perless network of florida as a company telephone and i discover that he get this number from 06-24-08...

Some company is using this VoIP service (Voice over the Internet) to make long distance calls as if they were coming from a local Miami (FL) area, while they are really calling from another state. On their caller ID sometimes it reads Bank of America, but it will usually just show "unknown caller". Still not sure if its a sales, collector, or spam-phishing caller, since they never leave a message. The complain is because they keep calling every single day and never leave a message. Today I decided to answer and the guy on the other side asked for Mr/Ms ***. I said He/She was not here and asked who was calling, and he just said "this is just a courtesy call" and ****ed up. If this was a serious business call, they would have left a message detailing the purpose of their call. Obviously they have no good intentions. Specially if they are trying to trick you into thinking it is a local call, when it isn't.

Just got a call....didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Caller ID just reads Miami.
