there have been three persons with names similar to: Virtuos Tillman, Vernon Tillman; Vernon D. Tillman and a Vernon Tillman in central Florida. The eldest is Vernon Tillman a 72 year old man..who owes no college debts. FIND OUT WHICH AGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT NAME INCLUDING MIDDLE NAME OR INITIAL...then call the right person for your debt payer****istance scam.

YOU MIAMI TRASH SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR MAKING SUCH UNSOLICITED AND HARRASSING PHONE CALLS.  WHY DON'T YOU COME NORTH SO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT CAN TAKE CARE OF YOU??????

I received a call this morning with the caller not leaving a message on my recorder.  I had to spend money using *69 to trace w***ver called.  I have a critically ill family member and expect a call anytime reporting a cr****, and these solicitations leave me quite upset.  I'd like to know why the Florida system, set up to stop harrassment of this nature, ISN'T DOING ITS JOB.  HOW WOULD THESE UNKNOWN ****HEADS LIKE TO BE RECEIVING CALLS WITHOUT NUMBE WHEN A FAMIL MEMBER COULD POSSIBLY DYING????

My phone rang at 8:00AM-got me out of bed when I was sick only to have them **** up when I didn't answer by the 4th ring.  IN the past they say they have a right to call even if you are on the do not call list. My caller ID says it was the "FLORIDA FOP": FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE. Stems out of Tallahasee if you google FLORIDA FOP. I will see if our "elected officials" in Tallahasee can do so****ing to put a end to those who are on the Do NOT Call list being harassed.

My telephone ringing, woke me up this morning. A person came on the line and said he was from Florida FOP. He asked for money and I finally said I would donate $5.00. Then... he said, " To make things more simple I need to get your credit card number.'   While I was looking for it, he kept saying in an automated voice," I can hold while you get your card", over and over. After I really woke up, I realized I had given my credit card number to a complete stranger. Needless to say, I called the credit card company and had my cc number c****ed. What a hassle!!  Never a***n!!

I keep getting calls from this number I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST....really really annoying they call everymorning wake up my kids they call every afternoon wake up my babies....this has to stop.

Same scam different phone number.  I have to pay for *69. Because of the number of unwanted, unsolicited phone calls, I wasn't even answering my phone. This week I decided to take control back for my phone. These Fraternal Order of Police calls have been going on for years. Repeatedly we have told them not to call and remove our phone number. We are on a DO NOT CALL list but I think it should be called the DO CALL list. When I PAID to use the *69 it gave me the phone number 786-358-5***. When the number is called you get "Your call cannot be completed as dialed V1001".

got a call just now from these ppl, guy asked for my husband by name i told him he wasnt home and asked how i could help him and he ***g up.. lol
