Definitely a telemarket co.  It was a recording, woman's voice, I think it was telling me about an opportunity to get a gift card if I stayed on the line from WCA (whatever that is), I hit the # 3 when prompted and the recording read back my phone number and siad that it was removed from the database .........

just ignore is a people with no work, they wanna make u crazy ignore never leave a message
