Recorded message asking me to restructure debt.

They called on our fax number which is not listed, so it is bot dialing. The woman on the other end said she'd been****igned to review our Visa and Mastercard accounts and they had a program to reduce our debt that I would probably qualify for.Of course this was hilarious because she didn't have a clue who she was talking to.I told her where to go and ***g up.I'm sure it was a scammer trying to get credit card numbers.

Watch out for these guys. It's a criminal organization that is trying to scam you for money. They are also deliberately ignoring the Do Not Call registry for Ca***a while calling from Florida.In general, whenever a caller ID comes up as the name of a US state, do not answer it. Such calls are ALWAYS scammers. The US has no control of its criminal elements. Probably has so****ing to do with the fact that its people keep voting in criminal politicians.
