786-369-7342Calls often, leaves sme message about a vehicle warrenty that does not apply to me. Hear a cough when I pick up then an automated message. I'm guessing the couch is part of a recording.WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS? ANYONE FOUND ANYTHING USEFUL YET?

786-369-7342 is warranty expiration fraud boiler room scam. This extortion business supposed to originate years back in Ohio by one of car dealers who used vehicle records database to send phony extended warranty services. Many people will receive it in the mail, and now they s****ed using phone as well.

This is a "new" pest, one of many, they keep popping up out of the woodwork.  A lot of good the "do not call" list does.

What is discouraging, since I am with the do not call list, I did infact report this harassing phone call, of which receive about 30 phone calls as well. They never returned my phone call,as they said I would. This is from the number 786-369-7342.

I am on the donotcall list so we just have to put up with it or.I found their phone bank. :) It's from a reseller of Paetec's out of West Palm Beach Florida. Google "Paetec 786-369-7342". http://www.paetec.com/voice/voip_overview.html. Or call them and harass them too I do every time I get a call now 877.340.2555! They are resellers for telemarketers outside the United States. So they don't have to abide by the donotcall.gov registry.

I receiverd a call from this same company offering a warranty for my vehicle that went to my voicemail. I answered and it said to push 1 to add my number to a do not call list and 2 to speak to a rep. I'm already registered on a do not call list and so I pushed 2 to tell them that in person and to ask the name of their company. When a actual individual answered they immediately aske for my car make and model.I then asked for the name of their company and they ***g up. Called back the number on my caller ID ( 786-369-7342) and its a recording that takes you no where. If you make it to a number to leave a message it says the box is full and ****s up on you. This number (877.340.2555) is the for the company who provides the phone service to these warranty companys.Of course they take know responsibility but will take your number and add it to the Do not call list that your probably already on. I'm filing my complaint through the FCC on both numbers.

Same as Jessica and Carol above.  I answered the phone and I heard a cough and then w***ver it was ***g up.  The call came from 1-786-369-7342.How weird is that!  Telemarketers calling to just sneeze or cough and **** up.  This may be a slap in the face to the FTC who can't seem to keep these callers from calling!

Called this number back.  Silence for 2 minutes before finally a pre-recorded message began asking me to listen to exciting financial offers.  I didn't press any of their offered number options so the call ***g up on me.  Didn't call back since it took 4 minutes to get anywhere.  There was an option to speak witha service rep but I just waited.  Went to DO Not Call website and filed a complaint.

Call came from this number; ignored it while on another call; no message left.

This is terrible, we are getting this same call from those idiots. ***ody there, ****s up. Unbelievable that they don't have to abide by the donotcall registry. What good is it then if there are loopholes!!? Isn't that harassment? Maybe the Attorney General could do so****ing. Ha

Warranty Alert my ***. Between caller ID and Privacy Direct all they get from me is a few well chosen words. I do have a block service on my phone call me more then once and dont leave a message then I block you. Have a great Warranty Alert Day *** holes.

Received call on [3/19/2009 6:30:51 PM] from *** +17863697342 ***I have been on DNC list from its inception.  I re-registered today.

I have rec'd at least 50 phone calls from this number. It is an autodial type recording concerning a warrenty expiration on a vehicle which is not applicable to me. This morning they called at 9:04 and woke the kids. I am in the Do Not Call Registry to no avail. They have also called my cell phone.

Called and when I answered, no one said anything but I heard a sneeze as I was answering 'hello'.....
