Claim supposedly taking legal action because I was listed as a contact. Scammers! Don’t fall for it!

Showed up as Victor Guzman on my phone. No Message left.

She claimed to be a representative from a company called Fingerhut? She called me by another name and told me that she wanted to confirm my shipping address. I asked if this was a gift or what. She arrogantly said “I need your address lady, your address! Uhhh!” I ***g up. The same number calls and says I need to press 1 or go to court. F -off!

Called me twice and said they were going to s**** legal action for the criminal activity I've been doing.

Legal proceeding will s**** if I don't call back. Not going to call back.

He says (on my voice mail): call (this number, above) before we s**** "legal proceedings",..."thank you"... This call was received today TWICE already....

This number called my cell # called me also stating that my SSN was****ociated with criminal activities and if I did not call them back they would be s****ing legal proceedings. I will not be returning their call but I will be blocking the number.
