won`t stop calling, my number its in no call list

I had the same thing happen to me twice this week. my sister called me from MI and it came in as 7864227310 and today my mom called me from MI and it came in as 7864227324. Is my phone bugged or so****ing? When I call the numbers back it says all circuits are busy now or we are unable to complete your call at this time. weird

What's going here on the phone now. I called my husband on his cell phone, he missed it. He called me back..but that was this number 786-422-7310 appeared on my cell. I was surprised that was his voice, because he leaves in NJ me in florida. When I asked him where he is? what is this number?. He answered : he just click on my name on his cell, especially on the missed call  he just got from me...Can someone tell me what is that please, if you experienced before

Call advising name is John Brown and you just won a sweepstakes of $250,000. The organization is supposedly National Recovery Service with a Jamaican cellphone number as the business number 8765602338... with a bogas corporate code of 1505. They basically claim that they are affliated with Walmart and want you to pay back taxes on winnings and wire money to phoney brokers in order to collect your money..... DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Same here Anne, i received a call this morning from a friend in *****chusetts (i live in Miami) and was freaked out when i saw a Miami number on the call id so i quickly ***g up and googled the number...

My husband called from my home telephone and it appeared on called ID as SECC with that number???????  How can they do that?

Called CHRISTMAS DAY at 1PM. No Message. ID showed SECC & this number.

It's a carrier error transmitting the caller-ID. Caller ID is not secure; it's very easy to put whatever you want in it.

Just got the illegal call here.  The number is on the Do Not Call List.  When will the criminal behavior stop?

When a company I do business with in Germany calls me it is routed through this number. It is either a cheap long distance routing company or the government spying on us as usual...

Called my parents twice saying they were a recovery service for a bank. Would not be specific.
